Amino acids are simply complete proteins broken down into their
individual elements, and are no more helpful than consuming protein
from complete natural sources (meat, fish, dairy, eggs, etc).
Consuming individual amino acids (or several in concert) will
provide you with NO increase in benefit, and in fact may be wasteful
(as the complete profile is necessary for muscular development --
all of which stem from FOOD).
Remember, muscle mass results from PROPER training/diet, and NO
supposed band-aid (such as amino acid supplementation) is a valid
substitute.
I
have achieved tremendous success (over 60 pounds of muscle), and
will show you how to improve your body through proper diet and
exercise techniques.
