Popular bodybuilding magazines and Internet sites propagate one of
several popular dietary philosophies for building muscle mass, and
be careful, as many are not only ineffective, but also extremely
unhealthy. We all know the ramifications of long term high fat
intake (it is well documented), and very high protein levels lead to
intense kidney strain (and long term dysfunction). In contrast, high
carbohydrate plans significantly increase BODY FAT levels, which
hides any incidental muscular improvement, while low carbohydrate
diet philosophies result in both MUSCLE LOSS and ENERGY REDUCTION,
which is again contrary to desired development. The plethora of
extreme, unorthodox diet theories have led to mass confusion, and
the ever increasing level of conflicting arguments do not ease the
search for EFFECTIVE and equally SAFE diet and training
philosophies. You WILL gain consistent, significant muscle mass, and
reduce body fat levels (if necessary) through very specific diet
rules (none of which require extreme intake of any macronutrient).
Rather, a range of techniques (caloric cycling, meal placement,
specific nutrient ratios, etc) produce the proper muscle building /
fat reduction hormonal response, and this is one of the several KEYS
to consistent, impressive development. |
