Glutamine is an individual amino acid promoted as the most important
building block of muscle tissue, yet in reality, MANY amino acids,
in concert, provide for consistent, dramatic muscular increases, and
GLUTAMINE supplementation is not necessary in one who consumes
sufficient protein through natural (FOOD) sources. In fact,
supplementing with individual amino acids can be wasteful, as all
essential amino acids are necessary to form complete protein. If you
consume sufficient protein through food sources, you will provide
the body with a well balanced approached to muscle building, and
individual amino acid products are unnecessary.
Remember, muscle mass results from PROPER training/diet, and NO
supposed band-aid (such as Glutamine supplementation) is a valid
substitute.

have achieved tremendous success (over 60 pounds of muscle), and
will show you how to improve your body through proper diet and
exercise techniques.
