Matt Gains 33 Pounds and 3.5 Inches On His Arms With MuscleNOW!
I have just finished my 1st cycle, that’s 6 weeks of training so far. I've gone up from a weight of 182 to 191, with my waist remaining at a constant 31 inches. My arms have gone from 14.25" to 15.125", so almost one inch. My strength has increased as well. I went from doing 315x1 on squat to 315x5 the other day. This book is the real deal.
AN UPDATE FROM MATT:

ANOTHER UPDATE FROM MATT:
I would like to update you on my progress as well as my roommate Tom's progress. We have consistently been on the MN program since January 18th. I believe the deal we made was by mid-May I would send you my pictures as well as Tom's so you could post them on you website. The results will be dramatic for both of us, as you will see in about one month from now.
In three months, I have gained 3" on my chest, 1.5" on the arms, and added a good 20 lbs. And this is saying A LOT since I was in an advanced stage of bodybuilding. I am on target for my goal in May, which is a 44-45" chest and 18" arms. I have 1/2" on arms to grow and 1" on my chest to grow, and I will hit them at the rate I'm progressing now.
Tom has gained about 15-20 lbs. as well, and nearly 2" on his arms and 4" on his chest. He's getting stronger each time we workout because of his beginning stage. He's hooked on MuscleNow, and we complement each other perfectly. If one of us is tired or lazy, we get the other one going.
At the gym we train at, I am now probably the largest guy and strongest in there. I have found that even with advanced stages, your strength can go up slightly. I bench pressed 315 lbs. for the first time in my life the other day actually, which only fuels the muscle growth fire.

I have decided to write a testimonial for your program to hopefully encourage others to buy your course. I remember a while ago when I purchased was thinking about purchasing the course and wasnt sure if it was worth the money. I was only a part time employer and the money I was making wasnt that much. I started at 145 lbs. My name is Stephen and I began using MuscleNow in order to shed fat and gain muscle. My sister bought the book and asked me to try it out. I had been lifting and doing minor cardio prior to starting the program. I am 6'4" and weighed 240 pounds and had an approximate body fat of 18%.

started your program 15 months ago as a 5 foot 9, 147
pound 16 year old that loved the game of rugby. I had
plenty of talent and promise, but problem was my size.
Most backline rugby players these days weigh around 200
pounds, but I was about 53 pounds short of this. I spent

First of all, an extension of thanks. I was overseas to

Korea. Due to manpower configuration, most of the time
we had descent shifts. While there I made a commitment

Gains One Inch On Chest and Biceps While Losing 7 Inches Of Stomach Fat
In 6 Weeks With MuscleNOW!
I want to write you to thank you for designing this
wonderful program. I had just finished six weeks of the
fat loss phase and have begun a new cycle of the muscle
building phase. The result has been both physically and
mentally rewarding. I am 5'6" tall. My weight was 155 lb
and my waist was 35" when I first started. By the time I
had completed the first cycle, my weight had dropped to
147 lb and my waist to 28". My chest and biceps,

I bought your book three years ago and today that I have
a lot of training books and I have also an ISSA
certificate of personal trainer, I consider your book
the best!!! I start to train again at the age of 38
years old, after 20 years of "bad life”. During these
years I was a jazz trombone player so I live on drinking

My name is Abhinav Gupta . I live

I bought Musclenow years back
(Summer of 2001).. but could start it seriously only
this April. I started out at 90 kgs, and have been
12 weeks on the program. My pics show a dramatic
transformation. I must admit that due to the fact
that i had loads of fat( and bad genetics.. everyone
in the family really fat) .. i gave the fat loss
phase a bit long.. so all the previous 12 weeks i
was on fat loss cycle. I have lost all the fat i
wanted. And as i write this mail i have started the
muscle building portion. I will mail you the next
set of photos when i think i have gained the muscle
i want. I am sure impressed by the fact that my

I purchased your book about five years ago. When I first got your book I was a whopping 216lbs. at 5ft 7in. My waist was around 44 to 45 in. MuscleNOW is by far the best book on proper diet and exercise, period!
I always considered myself in good-shape, but when I landed my cubical based job, my body started to change for the worse. I wasn’t active, eating right, and even exercising. I thought walking from one office building to another was enough. Dumb!
One day I weighed myself and hit a whopping 261. For a 6’4 male, that’s breaking morbid obesity. My blood pressure was bad and my doctor even told me that I needed to get some exercise. I was desperate. I didn’t have the time as a part time student, full time employee, husband, and father. 51 Year Old Improving His Body With MuscleNOW!
At the time of the first picture, I had been away from working out for four years and had been back for about a month or two I think. I liked the idea of not wasting any more money on supplements that don't work, but most of all was Francesco's sincerity and personal guarantee that the program would work, so I bought the MN course. I haven't been completely perfect in the diet due to medical reasons, so I attribute most of the improvements to the workout (plan A) itself. I had quit bodybuilding due to joint pains from the old "3 sets of eight" routine, always heavy, never growing. I started of with muscle now, made a purchase of a decent all round leverage system, after doing all the theory using MuscleNow, it was time to burn fat and build muscle. After 1 cycle and a half, I lost 1 stone and a quarter, from 12 and a quarter to 11 stones, which is a good for a 6ft1inch lad, I've included photographs of my before and after, didn't get a chance to do a makeover :-) so I used my phone and my web camera.
Also I was only training 2 days a week, I couldn't be bothered training 3+ a week, too much work :-( hey I'm human, and yes I admit I ate chips and pizzas occasionally.
I was surprised I gained muscle, and lost bodyfat, however after getting down to 11stone, I started to add a quarter on since continuing weight training, this is where I added more musclemass, however my bodyfat levels remain the same, I can eat chips all day and I don't gain it on, I eat alot every day, small meals, salads, fruits, i consider fruits and salads as "snacks" also the odd packet of crisp here or there,
After reaching an attractive physique, I kind of stopped training, it has been over 3 months and I sitll have the physique I want with no loss of muscle, however I am going to start training again as I am joining the police force shortly,

I have been using your program for around 3 years now and I have to say that I owe you a lot more than the money i paid for your program! Before using your program, I had a thorough knowledge of bodybuilding and nutrition. I had worked at a couple gyms, and various supplement shops.
